Antenatal classes are stretched in maternity units, so here is your opportunity to bring along a couple of friends

 who are also having babies, and join us for a daytime girls’ session called

“Simply Labour”

 You will be guided through what you need to pack in your bag – what labour is all about – waterbirth – and all your choices for pain relief.

 3hr session

Cost £35 per person (minimum of 3 people).

1 to 1 session for couples £75

To complement this session, you and your friends are offered another daytime girls’ session called

“Baby Practicalities”

This session will show you how to look after your baby in the early days,-welcoming –swaddling – feeding – dressing-

nappies - top ‘n ‘ tailing – zzzzzzzzzz

3 hour session

Cost £35 per person (minimum 3 people).
