Courses

Antenatal classes provided free by NHS Trusts are usually for large numbers of people, making it difficult to ask questions. Often the classes are at an inconvenient time when you are tired after work, or the classes are already booked up.

Come and join a small group on either our one day Saturday "Labour Essentials" course, or on our Saturday morning "Simply Labour" course

"Labour Essentials"

Courses run (10.30am - 4.00pm) Lunch included.

We talk about the essentials of having a baby, and also the practicalities of caring for your baby in a friendly and welcoming environment.

You and your partner will gain the confidence to see that having a baby is not so daunting after all.

We aim to keep all classes down to a small size, and limit ourselves to a maximum of four couples per course, thus ensuring individual attention.

Courses run every month. £155 per couple
