What we offer

Having a baby is so exciting and undoubtedly your life and bank balance will be changed forever!! The day is a fun way to meet new friends who are going through a similar experience.

You will be guided throughout the day by experienced midwives with teaching qualifications.

These classes are small and cosy, of up to four couples, and you will feel comfortable asking questions in this informal setting.

You and your partner will gain the confidence to see that having a baby is not so daunting after all.

We don’t run evening sessions because when you are having a baby the last thing you want to do in an evening is go out….so we offer Saturday sessions that are not too long….

The “Labour Essentials” day is run from a 500 year old farmhouse set in a unique location. The welcome is warm… and the lunch… well the lunch is made from locally sourced products, and best of all is superbly presented by Sophie….

Because everyone likes a present, you also take home a gift for your new baby to remind you of a memorable day out.
