New format for Antenatal sessions

Shropshire Antenatal is undergoing a lot of changes.

 The very successful all day “Labour Essentials” Saturdays are being replaced by 2 shorter, but just as informative sessions. This is because my fabulous “sous chef” ( who has always produced mouth watering and culinary delights), Sophie, has moved away from the area.

 Now is the perfect opportunity to find out about having a baby…and what to do once you are a mama!! The sessions are very exciting, and the price is down to earth, and provides very good value for money.

 The morning of the “Labour Essentials” course is now forming the core of the 3 hour “Simply Labour” session.

This is available for girls, and their friends who are also pregnant, in the day time

 Available for couples, as a 1 to 1 session at a mutually convenient time.

The afternoon of the “Labour Essentials” day is now being offered as a not to be missed 3 hour “Baby Practicalities” session.

 Again this is for girls in the daytime, with their friends who are also having babies.

 Available for couples, as a 1 to 1 session at a mutually convenient time.
